Sometimes it’s best to ‘do’ nothing…

We have a choice to progress through life either by conforming and being passive to an environment dictated by others or we can choose to be courageous enough to appreciate each moment for what it is – even when things don’t make sense. Sometimes this requires us to simply ‘be’ there in that very moment and 'do’ nothing at all.
